Personal data we process and why

Through the contact form we process your name, email address, company, requested service, estimated budget and message solely to assess your request and get back to you.

Information you share when contacting us by phone, email or WhatsApp is used for the same purpose.

If you allow analytics cookies, anonymised visit data is collected to understand how the site is used.

Legal basis

Form and contact data are processed under Articles 5/2-c (directly related to entering into a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Analytics cookies are used only with your explicit consent (Article 5/1).

Transfers

Form notifications are delivered via an email service provider (Resend); the site is hosted on Vercel and Cloudflare infrastructure; analytics, if you consent, uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. These providers may store data on servers outside Türkiye. Your personal data is not otherwise shared with or sold to third parties.

Retention

Request and correspondence records are kept for the periods required by applicable law, otherwise for no longer than 2 years after your request is concluded, and then deleted.

Your rights under KVKK Article 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and the recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data, object to processing and claim compensation for damages.

You can send requests to info@eminekaya.com; they are answered within 30 days at the latest.
